    Phase One

    Ohio

    Current

    We are currently in Phase One: three facilities in Ohio, training the first cohort of peer facilitators, and building the documentation and curriculum infrastructure that makes the model replicable. This phase is about proving that the program works when Jacob isn't in the room.

    Phase Two

    Two States

    Phase Two expands into Illinois, with six facilities and a growing cohort of trained facilitators. Community connections through Canary Impact are the foundation for this expansion.

    Phase Three

    Four States

    Phase Three brings the program to Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Indiana — twenty facilities, a replicable curriculum, and rigorous external evaluation. The goal is a model that any reentry organization can adopt, with trained peer facilitators who can sustain it.
